NỘI QUY KHÁCH SẠN

  • Thời gian nhận phòng là sau 14:00 chiều và trả phòng là trước 12:00 trưa. Trường hợp nhận phòng sớm hoặc trả phòng muộn hơn sẽ tùy thuộc theo số lượng phòng còn lại và áp dụng phụ phí tương ứng vui lòng liên hệ Lễ tân.

  • Vui lòng thanh toán toàn bộ tiền phòng và các khoản phát sinh trước khi nhận phòng. Khách sạn có thể yêu cầu đặt cọc để đảm bảo tài sản và dịch vụ.

  • Quý khách vui lòng giữ trật tự sau 21:00 và tránh làm phiền những khách đang lưu trú khác tại khách sạn và xung quanh.

    Quý khách vui lòng không bật to loa điện thoại cá nhân ở khu vực công cộng (bãi xe, quầy Lễ tân, cầu thang, hành lang, nhà hàng, hồ bơi, sân vườn, vv…). Quý khách vui lòng sử dụng tai nghe cá nhân.

  • Khách sạn áp dụng chính sách không hút thuốc ở trong phòng, ở khu vực cầu thang, hành lang, ở trong nhà hàng. Phí phạt đến 2.000.000 vnđ/ người sẽ được áp dụng nếu Quý khách vi phạm chính sách của khách sạn. Quý khách được hút thuốc tại khu vực chỉ định.

  • Trường hợp Quý khách làm hư hỏng hoặc mất mát tài sản của Khách sạn, Quý khách vui lòng bồi thường theo quy định của Khách sạn.

    Vì lý do an toàn, Quý khách vui lòng không tự ý đổi phòng hoặc di chuyển trang thiết bị trong phòng sang phòng khác mà không thông báo đến bộ phận Lễ tân.

  • Người thân đến thăm phải được đăng ký tại quầy Lễ tân. Người thân chỉ có thể được đăng ký ở từ 08:00 đến 21:00. Sau thời gian quy định sẽ áp dụng các phụ phí tương ứng vui lòng liên hệ Lễ tân.

    Quý khách vui lòng khóa cửa cẩn thận trước khi ra ngoài. Vui lòng thông báo cho nhân viên Lễ tân khi thẻ khóa phòng của Quý khách bị mất hoặc bị đánh cắp.

    Mọi hình thức cờ bạc, mại dâm, sử dụng ma tuý trong Khách sạn đều bị nghiêm cấm theo pháp luật Việt Nam.

  • Tài sản có giá trị như đồ trang sức, tiền bạc và các thiết bị điện tử cá nhân phải được cất giữ trong két sắt trong phòng. Khách sạn sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm đối với những mất mát nếu Quý khách không thực hiện theo quy định.

  • Quý khách vui lòng tắt đèn, điều hòa, Tivi…khi không sử dụng hoặc khi rời phòng.

  • Không sử dụng nến, nhang, hoặc vật dễ cháy trong phòng. Trong trường hợp khẩn cấp, vui lòng làm theo hướng dẫn thoát hiểm được dán tại cửa phòng.

  • Không nuôi thú cưng trong khách sạn, trừ khi có thỏa thuận trước.

    Khi sử dụng Hồ bơi và các dịch vụ khác của khách sạn, trẻ em dưới 10 tuổi phải có người lớn đi cùng và Quý khách phải chịu hoàn toàn trách nhiệm về tai nạn và rủi ro của bản thân.

  • Nếu Quý Khách làm rơi hoặc tìm thấy đồ vật, vui lòng báo ngay cho lễ tân. Đồ thất lạc được giữ trong vòng 30 ngày trước khi xử lý theo quy định.

  • Không mang đồ ăn nặng mùi (như sầu riêng, mít, hải sản…) hoặc nấu nướng trong phòng. Phí phạt đến 1.000.000 vnđ sẽ được áp dụng nếu Quý khách vi phạm chính sách này.

    Quý khách vui lòng không mang đồ ăn, đồ uống bên ngoài vào khách sạn và khu vực nhà hàng.

  • Vui lòng cư xử lịch sự, tôn trọng nhân viên và các khách khác đang lưu trú. Khách sạn có quyền từ chối phục vụ khách có hành vi không phù hợp hoặc gây rối.

    Quý khách có thể chụp ảnh lưu niệm, nhưng tránh làm phiền khách khác. Mọi hoạt động quay phim, chụp ảnh thương mại hoặc truyền thông cần được Ban Quản lý phê duyệt trước.

HOTEL REGULATIONS

  • Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM latest. Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability and will incur additional charges, please contact the Receptionist for details.

  • Please settle the full room payment and any surcharge, if any, upon check-in. The hotel may require a deposit to secure property and services.

  • Please do not make noise after 09:00 PM or bother your neighbors.

    Please do not turn on high volume of your personal phone speakers at public areas (parking, reception, stairs, hallways, restaurant, pool, garden, etc…). Please use your personal earphones instead  

  • The hotel committed to providing a smoking-free environment. Smoking is not permitted in rooms, stairs, hallways, and indoor restaurants. A fine of up to 2.000.000 VND/person is imposed for any breach of these regulations. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

  • Guests are responsible for loss and breakage of any of the hotel’s property. For security reasons, please do not change your room or relocate any facilities in the hotel without noticing the Reception.

  • All visitors must be registered at Reception.
    Visitors are only permitted in guest rooms, after registration, between 08:00 and 21:00.

    When going out, please lock the door/windows carefully and leave the key card at Reception. Please notify the receptionist if your key card is lost. 

    Gambling, prostitution, and use of drugs within the Hotel are in prohibition according to Vietnamese Law.

  • Your valuables, such as jewelry, cash, and personal electronic equipment, should be kept in the safety box provided in the room or deposited at reception. The hotel will not be responsible for any loss if guests do not follow this regulation.

  • Please turn off all appliances (TV, AC, lights…) when not in use or leaving the room.

  • Do not use candles, incense, or flammable items in the room. In case of emergency, please follow the evacuation instructions posted behind the door.

  • Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance.

    When using the swimming pool and other hotel services, children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Guests are fully responsible for any accidents or risks involving themselves.  

  • Please report any lost or found items to the reception immediately. Lost items will be kept for 30 days before further action.

  • Strong-smelling food (such as durian, jackfruit, seafood, etc.) or cooking inside the room is not permitted. A fine of up to 1,000,000 VND will be applied for any breach of these regulations.

    Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the hotel and hotel restaurant.

  • Please be polite and respectful to staff and other guests. The hotel reserves the right to refuse guests with inappropriate behavior.

    Guests may take photos but should avoid disturbing others. All commercial or media-related filming and photography activities require prior approval from the Hotel Management.

HOTEL RÈGLEMENT

  • L’horaire du Check-in est à 14h00 et l’horaire du check-out est à 12h00 au plus tard. Le early check-in ou le late check-out est selon la disponibilité et entraînera des frais supplémentaires. Veuillez contacter la Reception pour plus de détails.

  • Veuillez régler le paiement intégral de votre chambre ainsi que tout autre supplément au moment de l'enregistrement (check-in). L'hôtel peut exiger une caution pour garantir la propriété et les services.

  • Veuillez ne pas faire de bruit après 21h00 et ne pas déranger vos voisins.

    Merci de ne pas mettre tourner fort le volume de votre téléphone dans les espaces publics (parking, Réception, escaliers, couloirs, restaurants, piscine, jardin, etc…). Merci d’utiliser à la place vos écouteurs personnels. 

  • L'hôtel s'engage à fournir un environnement sans tabac. Il est interdit de fumer dans les chambres, dans les escaliers, dans les couloirs, à l’intérieur du restaurant. Une amende pouvant aller jusqu'à 2.000.000 VND/ personne est infligée pour toute violation de cette règle. Il est permis de fumer uniquement dans les zones désignées.

  • Les clients sont responsables de toute perte et de casse des équipements/installations de l'hôtel. 

    Pour des raisons de sécurité, veuillez ne pas changer de chambre ni déplacer d'installations dans l'hôtel sans en informer la réception.

  • Tout visiteur doit être enregistré à la réception. Les visiteurs ne sont autorisés dans les chambres, après inscription, qu'entre 08h00 et 21h00.

    Lorsque vous sortez, veuillez verrouiller soigneusement les portes/fenêtres et laisser la clé à la Réception. Veuillez informer la réception en cas de perte de votre clé. 

    Le jeu d’argent, la prostitution, et l’utilisation de toute forme de drogue au sein de l'hôtel sont strictement interdits par la loi vietnamienne.

  • Vos objets de valeur, tels que les bijoux, l'argent liquide et les équipements électroniques personnels, doivent être conservés dans le coffre-fort fourni dans la chambre ou déposés à la réception. L'hôtel ne sera pas responsable de toute perte si les clients ne respectent pas cette règle. 

  • Veuillez éteindre tous les appareils (TV, AC, lumières…) lorsque vous ne les utilisez pas ou lorsque vous quittez votre chambre. 

  • N'utilisez pas de bougies, d'encens ou d'objets inflammables dans la pièce. En cas d'urgence, veuillez suivre les instructions d'évacuation affichées derrière la porte.

  • Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas autorisés sauf autorisation préalable.

    Lors de l'utilisation de la piscine et des autres services de l'hôtel, les enfants de moins de 10 ans doivent être accompagnés d'un adulte. Les clients sont entièrement responsables de tout accident ou risque les impliquant

  • Veuillez signaler immédiatement tout objet perdu ou trouvé à la réception. Les objets perdus seront conservés pendant 30 jours avant toute nouvelle action.

  • Les aliments à forte odeur (comme le durian, le jacquier, les fruits de mer, etc.) ou cuisiner à l'intérieur de la chambre ne sont pas autorisés. Une amende pouvant aller jusqu'à 1.000.000 VND est infligée pour toute infraction à cette règle.

    La nourriture et les boissons extérieures ne sont pas autorisées dans l’hôtel et le restaurant de l'hôtel.

  • Veuillez être poli et respectueux envers le personnel et les autres invités. L'hôtel se réserve le droit de refuser les clients ayant un comportement inapproprié.

    Les clients peuvent prendre des photos personnelles, mais sont priés de ne pas déranger les autres. Toute activité de tournage ou de photographie à des fins commerciales ou réseaux sociaux doit être préalablement autorisée par la direction de l'hôtel.

  • La Réception est ouverte de 6h00 à 22h00.
